Have you ever wished for a deeper, more profound way to address your clients’ persistent challenges — the ones that seem to reappear despite your best efforts?
Imagine a framework that not only resolves these issues but empowers your clients (and you) to access untapped levels of vitality, clarity, and self-healing. This vision of transformative healing begins with a shift in perspective — from trying to “fix” what’s broken to uncovering the innate wisdom already present within us. It’s this foundational belief that informs my work and opens the door to profound, lasting change.
My work is rooted in a powerful belief: The body’s intelligence is always working for us, even during illness. I see this as “the Health,” an ever-present force within the mind, body, and spirit — not something we create, but something we access by removing the obstacles that block it. This new approach embraces the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and energetic systems, offering a holistic path to profound healing.
My Personal Journey: A Message of Healing, Transformation & Invention
Personal experience can often be the mother of invention and mine is no exception. Through aligning with natural laws, resolving subconscious conflicts, and embracing somatic healing, I transformed my own health and life, underscoring the power of this approach after some early trauma and a debilitating back injury. This formula, shared with countless students and clients, has led to life-changing results — not through miracles but through returning to the body’s innate wisdom.
In the last two to three years, several key mentors in my life have passed away, which has been a painful process for me. I believe they passed prematurely because they focused on one aspect rather than the whole. They concentrated exclusively on their specialty: somatic movement, Feldenkrais, yoga asana, psychology, magnetism, or the bioelectric field. Unfortunately, they could not see the bigger picture and perhaps did not know how to apply it.
It became very clear to me that we needed a new holistic framework that emphasizes finding the key lesion — the root cause of dysfunction — which could be physical, psychological, emotional, or even spiritual. Once identified, this lesion becomes the gateway to unlocking health and vitality.
The Self-Healing Map: A Holistic Framework for Transformation
This approach is rooted in insights from Plato 2,400 years ago. It emphasizes that healing takes time and is not about suppressing symptoms. Eleven essential and interconnected elements that integrate wisdom from osteopathy, somatic movement, epigenetics, and quantum biology contribute to the self-healing process. They are:
- Time: Recognizing that healing is a journey, not a quick fix.
- Embodiment: Cultivating a deep connection to the body’s sensations and signals.
- Epigenetic Factors: Understanding how lifestyle and environment influence health.
- Stillness/The Neutral: Entering states of deep rest to reset and realign.
- Appropriate Movement: Utilizing somatic movement to support healing and flow.
- Listening Touch: Engaging with touch as a healing communication tool.
- Social Connection: Building supportive, healing relationships.
- Emotional/Psychological Healing: Resolving traumas and emotional blocks.
- The Health: Tapping into the inherent healing intelligence of the body.
- Spirit: Embracing spirituality as an integral aspect of wellness.
- The Disease Process: Viewing illness as part of the healing journey.
A Modern Lens: The Role of Quantum Biology and Circadian Rhythms
Taking this work even further, we’ve included the latest advancements in quantum and circadian biology, recognizing that energy transfer and alignment with natural rhythms are fundamental to health. From syncing with sunrise to minimizing artificial light exposure, these practices optimize the body’s master clock, the suprachiasmatic nucleus, unlocking greater energy, mental clarity, and emotional equilibrium.
