Happy New Year! 

I wanted to first say how grateful we are for YOU, our beloved allies in the Shift. I've had a chance to connect with more Shift folks this year during in-depth trips to Egypt and Peru and they never fail to impress me with their wisdom, depth, heart, and magic.

It's a unique community we've created — a glimpse of the future for all of humanity, I believe. As we evolve our consciousness, shed our outdated conditioning, and then engage each other in a spirit of sacred reverence, beautiful moments can emerge that heal us and ripple out to the larger culture.

I don't need to remind you of all the ways that our world needs healing. Suffice it to say, there is no better time to commit to our growth, healing, and awakening so we can each become the medicine the world needs now. I invite all of us to view 2025 as a time of redoubling our commitment to BE the change we want to see in the world.

In the last year, it's become clearer to me how much we need in-person opportunities to connect hearts, minds, and souls, which is why we at Shift are adding more unique programs. What I invite you to do is consider if you'd like to hear about these in-person retreats, journeys, and soon even a cruise, even when those are in areas where you might not yet have shown interest (such as Peru, Egypt, or Yucatan).

Some things on the horizon:

• Sacred Journey to Peru (March 22-31 — still has some spots open!). March will mark our fifth journey and each is more epic, healing, and transformative than the last! Click now and we’ll send you more information when we open registration for the next journey in December of the coming year.
• Sacred Journey to Egypt. While we haven't scheduled the dates on the next journey, the first one this fall was powerful, featuring eight private ceremonial times at the most important temples of Egypt, amazing guides, and a truly dedicated community of seekers.
• Shift at Sea — a 2026 Caribbean cruise with top Shift faculty and lots of magic (dates TBD between February and April of 2026).
• Mayan Sacred Journey — 13 days at Mayan temples with elders and potent rituals for connecting to cosmic consciousness (April of 2026).
• Retreats at the Southwest Sanctuary in New Mexico. Shift faculty Master Mingtong Gu created a gorgeous space for intimate retreats, and we'll be offering some here (next up: a Condor Qigong retreat in late spring with Puma Fredy Quispe Singona and Master Mingtong; dates to be finalized).

As one of the leading producers of online transformation programs, I'm grateful for just how much transmission of wisdom, healing, and insight can happen at a distance. I also found that the two sacred journeys this fall were incredibly powerful for me because of the unique engagements that couldn't happen any other way.

Whether it was the communion of Maori grandmothers Moetu-Taiha and Eila with Puma Fredy Quispe Singona in Peru, the magic of spontaneous cacao dance parties in the Sacred Valley, pre-dawn ceremonies in Karnak to heal our ancestry, or ritual blessings on the Nile, so many life-changing experiences need the physical presence of others for magic to take place. 

The same holds true for our faculty! On our last trip in Peru, Master Mingtong Gu joined us and spent some ecstatic days exploring the interface of ancient Chinese wisdom and ancient Peruvian wisdom, leading to the birthing of the concept of Condor Qigong for visionary practice. With Grandmother Moetu-Taiha and Eila, I had a vision of how we could evolve deeper bridges between Peru and New Zealand, which will both play key roles in the planet’s Shift. And Anodea Judith is planning to come along on our Peru trip for the third time next December!

In Egypt at the end of our journey, we had some private time between the paws of the Sphinx at dawn where we all prayed for guidance. I received a vision that we needed to activate three interconnected initiations (Egypt, Peru, and Mayan) that would help integrate lineages and areas of spiritual power for their role in the planet’s Shift.

Obviously, not everyone can go on these journeys or retreats but I encourage you to also see how you can create local communities of transformation that empower the larger Shift in our world. We humans need friends, allies, and soul family to truly shine all the light that we can, so let's double down on our personal practices this year and open to however we are called to bring healing and magic into the world.

May 2025 be your best year yet. Or as Puma likes to say (every day): "Today is the best day of our lives!" Let's bring that spirit forward into all we do.
